Keep pushing boundaries.  The almost impossible weight loss journey "From the couch to the gym and everything In between" Finding B A L A N C E in the midst of it all. It's a Lifestyle.  

All in a day's workout. Spice up your treadmill routine with various inclines and speed. Treadmill Interval Workout that used to be soooooo hard.

✅40 minutes Treadmill 400 calorie burn; incline 10.5, 2.5 speed.  ✅Seated Leg Press. 190lbs 3 sets of 20 reps.

✅Leg Extensions. 170lbs 3 sets, 20 reps. 

It's been quite a roller-coaster, ride of trials, many errors, and a collection of small milestones along the way, especially non-scale victories. As y'all all ready know, my journey hasn't been an easy journey at all; But, I've come a long way from not being able to walk up a flight of stairs without stopping to catch my breath. I’ve learned a lot over these last couple of years – about what has worked for me, and what hasn’t.
