Let's take that 'ol protein drink to another level!

Organic Ground Flaxseed - This product makes it easy to get your daily dose of flax...if you're into that sort of thing. Guess what, I am! I've been using 2 tablespoons in my low carb protein drinks. It makes protein drinks even thicker and adds a nice nutty flavor. It's also great sprinkled on salad, swirled in yogurt, soups and one of my favorites is flaxseed + almond butter on a piece of low-carb toasted pita.
