Meal Prep

There is no better way to set yourself up for weight loss success than to prep your meals ahead of time! This is the last of the batch of Jumbo Meatballs I made and froze back in October.  

What's here: * Two Jumbo breadcrumb free meatballs. * Low carb and no sugar Marinara sauce that I have previously portioned out into ziploc bags according to serving size (1/2 Cup).

100 Calories *0g Cholesterol *4g Carbohydrates *2g Fiber *4g Sugar *2gm Protein - No Preservatives 

Finish up...Swirl in some smooth and delicious, mozzarella! Yummy
