WeightLoss Wednesday Share

I'm just a boomer tryin' to hold this thing together.  I was soooo hesitant at first about sharing the personal details of my journey to a healthier lifestyle. 

My journey has not been a simple journey of progress. There have been many ups and downs, and countless weight loss plateaus, in addition to having to fight off numerous health challenges - some of which I'm still fighting to this day. Regardless, I am still standing and fighting the fight! For me, today is all about reflecting on ALL the positive things that came out of my journey to a healthier lifestyle.  

Any time we do something difficult and succeed, there is a great story there. Your personal story of remarkable strength and resilience will influence many people towards positive life changes, so share it!

 I absolutely love this quote by Ms. Saint John. it perfectly sums up this chapter in my journey. 

 "I’ve been told that I overshare,” she said. “Sometimes I get criticized for it, but how else would I be if not all of me?” ~ Ms. Saint John.

Remember, Reflection is a powerful tool to be used for successful weight loss, weight loss maintenance, and most of all to see just how far you've come.
