I'm just trying to find my balance as I navigate through this next chapter of my WeightLoss Journey. Y'all hang in here with me as I rattle on a bit.... -- It's almost the end of the year, and a great time to do some reflecting on your own Weight Loss Journey. I’ve learned a lot over these last couple of years – about what has worked for me, and what hasn’t. I've learned so much about myself! You all know my story...#FormerCouchPotato | #HalfMySize | #braintumorsurvivor | Coffee lover...☕️ I have affectionately named the last year a year of "Weight loss, Tragedy and Triumph". My journey has not been a simple journey of progress. There have been many ups and downs, and countless weight loss plateaus, in addition to having to fight off numerous health challenges - some of which I'm still fighting to this day. Regardless, I am still standing and fighting the fight! For me, today is all about reflecting on ALL the positive things that came out of my journey to a healthier lifestyle.
Reflection is a powerful tool to be used for successful weight loss, weight loss maintenance, and most of all to see just how far you've come. Relax a bit and take some time for yourself, celebrate your success, your milestones, and use it to embrace what this year has meant to your health and how you can succeed even more next year! I'm excited about this new chapter. It's going to be a struggle, but we know that's part of the process - and the process is what defines us. Any time we do something difficult and succeed, there’s a great story there. So if you have a story that influences people towards positive change, share it!
