Lamb Rib Chops

 

Whether you like to grill, roast, or braise lamb - But doneness is a matter of personal preference. I've always preferred a crispy brown outside and tender medium well.

 

Lamb Rib Chops with Brussels Sprouts & Cheery Tomatoes. Marinate the chops overnight; drizzle of extra-virgin olive, sprinkle of organic coconut sugar, sea salt, and cracked black pepper. Heat a grill pan or grill on medium-high heat. Oil the grill and pat the chops dry. Grill the lamb until done to your liking.

 

Tip: Lamb can marinate up to 24 hours. "it's heaven!
