Finding your balance is key!

If I were to sum it all up, it really is all about finding what works for you – Just like there's "No One-Size-Fits ALL" diet when it comes to losing weight and keeping the weight off, there's also no One-Size-Fits ALL" article or social media platform. Social media is an excellent source of motivation, inspiration, diet tips and exercise information. - if it doesn't fit your needs, feel free to move on to the next one. Or better yet, search for articles, everyday individuals sharing their journey, and find one that resonates with you.  

 I hope that my lifetime lifestyle commitment to health and fitness motivates YOU to find your commitment to a LIFESTYLE​ and not a “diet”.

I think this picture saddens me the most. When I was heavier I would always hide behind my kids, and now the grand kids in pictures. And when the grand kids came along. I hide behind them. Having my picture taken was stressful. I never felt confident to step in front of the camera by myself.
